No problems, anytime we have had an emergency you have sent someone quickly. You exceede my expectations and I give your technicians a 10 rating. We will continue to get monthly service with All Pro Sep-Tech, Inc.

Technicians were on time and did a good job and were friendly. You met my expectations and I give your technicians a 10 rating.

Service was prompt after calling for pump out.I will use All Pro Sep-Tech, Inc. in the future. I do have a few comments, I felt that service ticket did not have enough detail to justify charges. I thought charge for pulling pump up and washing off was too expensive. I was also charged for pumping 2000 gals, when control ticket showed 1500 gals. I give the technician that came to my location a 7 out of 10 rating.

A Note for All Pro Sep-Tech, Inc.:

Mr. Preston's concern was acknolodged and taken care of. He was refunded the difference in gallons, and was also given a free year supply of enzymes additives for his troubles. Again, Mr. Preston we apologize for the problem.

The service was great. I will tell everyone I know about this company because they exceeded my expectations. The team was here on time, did the work quickly. Your service has always been prompt and courtous, no matter who the technician is. Work is done right, 10 of 10 score. On one occasion I had to replace a pump, that was under warranty; it was readily available without any issues. I have used All Pro many times and will continue to do so, because time and time again exceed my expecations.

Good service. I called and I was able to get my septic cleaned, even though it was late in the day when I called. You all work for the customer. The price was within reason, since I am retired on a fixed income. All technicians and helpers that have been here to take care of my septic problems were courteous and nice.

The driver was late but came on out anyway (way after dark) since I had taken off work to be here. Thanks, for not making me miss more work time! Although, I had that one issue I would rate the service and the technician a 10. The service was phenomenal and I will se you again in the future.

The service is ALWAYS good. Our only problem is there is a leak coming from out building (not your fault) into the tank. We have had another company put a camera in and couldn't find it. Y'all have checked too.
